Erklärfilm LBS

In 2021, a legislative amendment resulted in an increase in housing subsidies. Therefore, the LBS wanted to show who can benefit from the state subsidy, and how, in a series of explanatory films.

In clips of 1-2 minutes, we showed the benefits of home savings to different target groups. Three short, emotional stories from real life lead into an explanatory section on the subject of housing subsidies – important facts are highlighted with graphic elements in addition to the voiceover. To set the videos apart visually in the social media channels, we also developed a clear, concise colour concept.
