What was the best part of school? When the teacher showed us a film on a lesson topic, of course! Not only is it fun, it’s highly educational. That’s why we founded megaherz campus – our subsidiary specialising in teaching media for school lessons. From films to interactive tasks and games, we help teachers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland teach the subject material in a topical, exciting and fun way – in line with the curriculum, of course.

The media are very well received and have consistently won prizes since 2018, such as the European Comenius EDUMedia Award for educational media that are outstanding in terms of pedagogy, content and design, or teaching recommendations such as “Der Daumen” from the media supervisory agency of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

In addition to the “Willi macht Schule” series, megaherz campus also produces “Blöde Ziege, Dumme Gans” for kindergartens, “Kleine Checker” for primary schools and the Escape Room EduMedien. Alongside the existing programme, new and interesting films are produced every year to help teachers – some of which are also suitable for those with impairments. The teaching materials are available to teachers free of charge from the respective municipal media centres and can be put to use directly in the classroom.

Since the year we started our work, our media have continuously received the “Comenius Award for outstanding educational media” from the media supervisory agency of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg and on a European level (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022).
